2. Contact and Booking Requests
When you submit a form, we process the contact, company, and project information you provide, along with technical metadata, in order to process your request, prevent misuse, and document your consent. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Newsletters are only sent on the basis of your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
4. Retention Period
Request data is only stored for as long as it is needed to process the request, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate follow-up.
5. Recipients and Processors
For hosting this website we use IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, as a processor. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Data is processed on servers within the EU. Depending on the database and email services used, further processors may be involved.

You have, in particular, the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The application uses role-based access control, secure session cookies, CSRF protection, logging of administrative changes, and transport encryption in production. No technical system can guarantee absolute protection.

Necessary cookies are used for security and sign-in. Optional analytics may only be enabled after corresponding consent. Your selection in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser.
